Real Estate

As an attorney for over 26 years and a real estate broker for over 17 years, I bring a level of education and experience that you will not find anywhere. I am also an active real estate investor, so I practice what I preach. As you can see below, I can help with any of your needs in the real estate arena as a consultant, real estate broker, and/or quarterback if we need to find lawyers or agents outside of my license area. Residential Real Estate

My team and I have sold hundreds of homes worth tens of millions of dollars. I have consulted on projects nationwide, and we have set up referral deals with other agents in many states as well. I know the in’s and out’s of every transaction, how we need to be creative in many areas to get deals done (varied marketing approaches, creative financing, etc.), and I give clients straight answers at all times. A home is normally a family’s biggest asset, and I know how to take care of it and the owners' needs. It is personal to you, and therefore, it is personal to me.

Commercial Real Estate

Commercial real estate can be a daunting area since it is so different from what many have experienced buying and selling their homes. Everything is different: the language, costs, financing, terms, commitment levels, and timing. I have handled hundreds of millions of commercial transactions, whether buying or selling commercial buildings or leasing space. With my background in communications and IT, my definition of commercial real estate includes data centers, fiber lines, cell towers, and windmill or solar farms. Most people would not see it that way, but I see those things as expensive commercial real estate.

My legal background helps in this area in general, but many times, I can save clients thousands of dollars since I can act as the broker and attorney on the transaction. Many brokers will ask you to hire an attorney separately to help draft or modify documents, which comes at a significant cost. There are no such costs when you use me as your representative.

Agriculture, Acreages, and Residential

My team and I are also very experienced in selling and purchasing agricultural property, acreages, and land in general. It enables us to provide you with a full range of professional services that ensure your best interests are being addressed regardless of the type of property you’re interested in, the strategies behind your investment, or your short- and long-term goals.
